Step #1: If you intend to compete in this year’s McQuaid Invitational, fill out and return this form or the online form via mail, e-mail, or fax no later than Monday, September 21 and we will e-mail you the password you will need to enter your team rosters and make race entries on-line.
This entry form is the first of two steps required to enter this meet.Step #2: Once you receive your password, log on at Yentiming.com and enter/ update your runners’ names and grades.
** Then Make Race Entries so your runners will get into the meet and be assigned race numbers.**
** On-line Race Entry closes at 3:00pm on Sunday, September 27.**
USA Schools: Return this form (with entry fee check or voucher) by Mon.,Sept.21.
Note: If you use e-mail or fax, mail your entry fee by 9/21 as well.
USA entries not considered complete until entry fee is received.
Canadian schools: E-mail or fax by 9/21. Pay in USA funds upon arrival at meet.

1. School Enrollment figures for upper 3 grades should be exact and current.
2. Runners who turn 19 before July 1, 2009 cannot run in this meet.
3. Jr. High (Gr. 7-9) runners who have run J.V. or Varsity races this season
are no longer eligible for Jr. High races in New York State.
4. Canadian “Midgets” cannot run Jr. High if they are in Gr. 10.
5. New York State rules prohibit spikes in Jr. High races.
6. Except for varsity caliber runners in Grades 7-10, who may run in Sophomore
races, each school must enter its best runners in varsity races.
